Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/AICTE.

Preferred qualification:
PG Diploma / MBA.

Post-wise Qualification & Experience:

AVP-II – Zonal Receivables Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 15 years cumulative experience in Bank/NBFC/Insurance/Financial Services
• 10 years experience in debt collection/recovery/asset quality

AVP-I – Regional Receivables Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 10 years cumulative experience
• 5 years experience in collection/recovery/portfolio management

Area Receivables Manager (Deputy Manager Grade)

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 6 years cumulative experience
• 3 years experience in debt collection/recovery

AVP-I – Compliance Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), Legal/MBA preferred
• 10 years experience, including 5 years in compliance management

AVP-I – Complaint Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 10 years experience, including 5 years in customer complaint handling

Process Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 5 years experience, including 2 years in process management (collections/recovery)

Vendor Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 5 years experience, including 2 years in vendor management

Floor Manager

• Graduation (mandatory), PG/MBA preferred
• 5 years experience, including 2 years in call-center customer-facing function

Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025)

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-creamy): 3 years
• PwD: 10–15 years
• Ex-servicemen: Up to 10 years (category-wise)
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Salary

• Salary will be offered based on qualification, experience, suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmarks.
• Engagement is on a Contract Basis for 5 years, extendable up to 10 years.
