Eligibility, Educational Qualification & Experience
- Educational Qualification: A degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Candidates must have completed graduation not earlier than 01.01.2022 and not later than 01.09.2025.
- Candidates with prior apprenticeship training or job experience of 1 year or more after graduation are not eligible.
- Local Language: Candidates must have studied the local language of the state (10th/12th certificate required). Otherwise, they need to qualify the local language test during document verification.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 28 years
- Candidates must be born between 01.09.1997 and 01.09.2005 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Widows/Divorced Women: Up to 35 (Gen/EWS), 38 (OBC), 40 (SC/ST)
- 1984 Riot Victims: 5 years
Salary / Stipend
- Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
- Bank contribution: ₹10,500/-
- Govt. of India subsidy: ₹4,500/- (through DBT)
- Apprentices are not employees of Canara Bank and are not entitled to regular staff benefits.

- Local Language Test: For candidates without proof of having studied the language.
