Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Junior Personal Assistant (JPA) posts. Job Overview:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (as on 15.11.2025):

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Must have: One-year course in Office Management and Secretarial Practice or equivalent.
• Shorthand Speed: 80 words per minute in English.
• Typing Speed: 40 words per minute in English.
• Desirable: Proficiency in Hindi shorthand/typing.
• Working knowledge of computers is an added advantage.

Age Limit (as on 15.11.2025):

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 28 years
  (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 16.11.1997 and later than 15.11.2007)

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years (after deduction of military service)
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Salary (Pay Scale):

• Rs. 29,000 – 93,000/- (IDA Pay Scale – S-V)
• Includes IDA, allowances, perks, CPF, Gratuity, LTC, medical reimbursement, and other benefits as per CWC rules.

• Minimum Qualifying Marks (Descriptive Test): 40%
