Eligibility, Education Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification
Candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University, and
- Degree in Teaching/Education (B.Ed or equivalent) from a recognized university or institution.
- Basic computer knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Service Rules.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Experience Required
Candidate must have minimum 5 years of combined or separate experience in:
- Teaching/Administration in Government or Local Bodies
- University or Self-financed/Private educational institutions
Experience must be in posts equivalent to:
- Assistant Teacher Class-III (Secondary/Higher Secondary)
- Kelavani Nirikshak
- Extension Officer (Education)
- Additional District Education Inspector
- Head Teacher (Primary Education Service)
Experience must be after acquiring teaching degree.

- Maximum Age: 42 years (as on last date of application)
