Eligibility, Education Qualification
For Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’
- PhD in relevant discipline.
- OR M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg)/MS with 60% marks / 6.5 CGPA.
- OR B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) with 65% marks / 6.84 CGPA.
For Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’
- M.E./M.Tech or M.Sc in relevant discipline with 60–65% marks.
- OR B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc with 60–65% marks depending on post.
(Discipline-wise qualifications strictly as per official notification.)
Age Limit
