RMC Animal Keeper Eligibility Criteria 2025
Education Qualification
As per the notification:
- Class 10th Pass, and
- Minimum 2 years experience in wildlife care at a Zoo / Wildlife Rescue Centre / Breeding Centre under Forest Department or recognized institutions.
Experience
Only post-qualification experience will be considered.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 33 Years
Age Relaxation (as per rules):
- Reserved categories: Up to 5 years
- Persons with Disabilities: Up to 10 years
- Female candidates (PH): Up to 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service years + 3 years
- Maximum age with relaxation must not exceed 45 years
Salary
- Fixed Pay: ₹21,100/- per month for first 5 years
- After successful service: Pay Scale ₹15,000 – 47,600 (IS-2 Level) as per 7th Pay Commission.
